Contact us quickly if you need to cancel or change an order. Once packing or shipping starts, changes may be limited.
Before dispatch
If the order has not been packed or shipped, support will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
After dispatch
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Return and refund rules apply where eligible.
Refunds after cancellation
If prepaid cancellation is approved, refunds are usually initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days.
