Return and refund policy

We want your order to arrive correctly and safely. Please inspect toys as soon as they are delivered.

Return window

For damaged, missing, or wrong items, contact support within 24 hours of delivery with order details, photos, and an unboxing video where available.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Used, customer-damaged, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 working days after product inspection and approval.
